Return and Exchange Policy

Atlantic Tile Wholesale Distribution understands the importance of choosing the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number and we will refund or exchange your purchase according to the following terms and conditions:

  • Taking into consideration the many variables in shipping such as manufacture times, weather, supply-demand conditions, replacement shipping for damaged items, etc., we strongly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until after you have received your order in its entirety. We cannot be held liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery. Delivery dates are approximate, and as such, cannot be promised under any circumstance.
  • All powdered setting materials cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • A Return Authorization number (RA#) is required for all approved returns or exchanges.
  • All approved returns will incur a 35% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs to the manufacturer.
  • All approved returns must be made and completed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • All returned merchandise must be in sealed intact boxes, undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • If damaged products are found within your order, Atlantic Tile Distribution must be notified within 48 hours of materials receipt. Atlantic Tile Distribution will exchange the damaged products.
  • Thoroughly inspect all products before installation; use constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the type of merchandise purchased, quantity, dimensions, model number, color, dye lots for porcelain and ceramic products to ensure accuracy prior to leaving the store. Some product descriptions may include nominal size instead of actual size. 
  • Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Atlantic Tile Distribution is not responsible for any loss or claim due to faulty installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to validate the credentials, references, insurance and certification of installers before any work begins. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.
  • Installation materials are non-returnable once they’ve left our warehouse.
  • Your refund will be processed by the method of payment made in your original purchase.
  • Returns over $100.00, where the original payment was cash or check, will be processed as a mailed refund check.
